Welcome to our Vehicle Rental Service. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Eligibility & Documentation
To ensure safety and legal compliance, every rider must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.
Valid License
A valid original driving license is mandatory for all rentals.
Identity Proof
Indian residents must provide Aadhaar; International guests must provide a Passport.
3. Vehicle Usage Policy
The vehicle is to be used only for personal transportation. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Commercial use or sub-leasing the vehicle.
- Racing, off-roading, or stunts.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
- Any illegal activities punishable by law.
4. Damages & Liability
Accidents & Repairs
In case of an accident, you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is held to cover minor damages. Major damages may incur additional charges as per the insurance policy.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
24-Hour Rule
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to pickup get a full refund.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip may incur a deduction.
6. Data Privacy
Your Data is Secure
We value your privacy. Your personal data and documents are stored securely and are only used for verification and legal compliance purposes as per our Privacy Policy.
